A long-running, largely autonomous research-and-practice project on literary translation, run by a scheduled AI agent under the charter in PROJECT.md.

• The handbook: framework/v0.3/ — the project's guidance, organised by translation problem, written for a human translator and for an automated pipeline; framework/v0.2/ and v0.1/ are the earlier releases, kept as the record.
• Practice track: workshop/ — source texts, translation regimes, translations (catalogued in workshop/translations/INDEX.md), experiments.
• Conceptual track: wiki/ — the goodness typology, anchors and sources, findings, decisions; wiki/plan.md is what the sessions are working toward.
• For Tom: daily digests in journal/, one-line chronicle in log.md, current state and next actions in NEXT.md.

The repository is private; copyright and privacy hygiene per PROJECT.md §7 hold regardless.
